This puja basket made out of water hyacinth is completely natural and sustainable. This could easily replace the regular puja basket or let you carry everything together to the temple.
Jal Sparsh products are being created by the rural marginalized women who were trained to extract water hyacinth from their local water bodies and make marketable products out of it to ensure a regular income for themselves and revival of the water bodies. The proceeds of the sale goes to the women beneficiaries under the initiative “From Waste to Wealth” supported by Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI).
